This paper elaborates on the hypothesis that Apple’s success shall be an inspiration rather than a business model to be imitated by today’s entrepreneurs. Before doing so, this study interconnects the insights of several works of literature about geniuses, talents, personality traits, luck, risks, opportunities, and personal experiences that may affect entrepreneurship. Morgan Housel, Craig Wright, and other scholars’ works, perspectives, theories, and research were used to arrive at conclusions. Using the framework presented in this paper can improve our understanding of the challenges today’s entrepreneurs could face to succeed and how much Apple’s success can influence them in the decision-making process. With the development of Chengdu business district, the roof space of office buildings and their podium buildings has been greatly utilized. Through field investigation, the roof space of office buildings in Chengdu is divided into three types by taking photos and observing records, and the problems of functional zoning, plant configuration and functional facilities are summarized. And through the on-site questionnaire to the working group, understand the basic situation and behavior characteristics of the main users of the roof space in the urban business district. Based on the basic situation of field observation and the analysis of questionnaire results, the existing problems of roof space in Chengdu business district are analyzed: 1) excessive pursuit of commercial benefits; 2) lack of novelty in plant allocation; 3) the facilities are relatively simple. The sci-tech finance aims to cultivate high-value-added industries and enhance the economy’s overall competitiveness. A good match of science, technology, and finance helps to accelerate the growth of tech companies and regional economies. This article focuses on the operation mechanism of the financing system of tech companies. The driving mechanism, coordination mechanism, and balancing mechanism are conducive to technology enterprises to obtain more funds and improve the utilization rate of funds. Three models reveal how the financing system operates depending on the specific situation and the process of policy intervention in the sci-tech finance environment. Silver Economy emerged, just over a decade ago, as a concept associated with the population aging, a demographic trend of the developed countries. Therefore, the objective of this study was to examine the current status of a Silver Economy emerging phenomenon, specifically, the senior entrepreneurship. To achieve this objective, a bibliographic search was conducted in the Scopus and Web of Science databases based on “Silver Economy” and “Entrepreneurship” keywords. Later, data of the sixteen selected articles were collected, namely, authorship, publication date, place where the study was developed (country), study type, methodology, objectives and findings. The studies were developed in four continents, specifically, Europe, America, Asia and Oceania. Most studies (82.4%) used secondary data. Eight studies were quantitative and the remaining eight were qualitative. The studies analyzed the association between the level and dynamics of population aging and the development of senior entrepreneurship; investigated the concept of Silver Economy and the senior entrepreneurship phenomenon, in its essence, nature, characteristics, challenges and leadership styles; compared financial literacy between older and younger entrepreneurs; identified internal factors that affect entrepreneurial activity; acknowledged individuals’ perceptions about entrepreneurship and its impact on entrepreneurial intention; highlighted the potential of senior population for businesses and the economy; reported entrepreneurial experiences of older people after retirement; and showed the effects of motives and attitudes on the well-being and personal and professional fulfilment of elderly entrepreneurs in comparison with younger entrepreneurs....
This comprehensive literature review, integral to a Ph.D. dissertation, meticulously examines the impact of social media on female entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030. The study will employ semi-structured interviews and intentional sampling, targeting 50 experienced women entrepreneurs in social development projects. The research will use content analysis to uncover nuanced insights, address societal constraints, and advocate for heightened awareness and robust support programs.
